On October 4, 2025, the Ateneo Aggies Batch ’85 joyfully returned to their beloved alma mater, Ateneo de Davao University, to celebrate their 40th anniversary with a heartfelt homecoming. The celebration began with a guided campus tour that started at the Office of Pathways for Institutional Advancement and Alumni Engagement, where the alumni reconnected with the University’s latest developments and joyfully reminisced about their college days while browsing through old yearbooks. Together with their families, they revisited the spaces that once nurtured their dreams, bridging the past and present while rekindling their pride in the Ateneo’s enduring mission.

The visit culminated with their participation in the 5:00 PM Holy Mass at the College Chapel of Our Lady of the Assumption, followed by a group photo session that captured not just faces, but decades of friendship, shared dreams, and the enduring Atenean spirit. More than a reunion, the homecoming was a celebration of lasting bonds, collective achievements, and the timeless call to be Ateneans for and with others—a legacy that continues to inspire, forty years on.
